PLAYER FEEDBACK SHAPED FIRST UPDATE

This era is yours, and we are listening! Player feedback shaped this first of the season game update to improve your overall gameplay experience. First and foremost, this update addressed the blocker preventing users access to the 2025 Edition: Defense after purchase. It also included stamina improvements, sack difficulty, and AI tweaks to bring about more realism to your defensive counterparts and opposing QBs.

Gameplay

• Increased the LOS barrier distance to help prevent entering the neutral zone too early
• Added a “bounce-back” for defender who press the line of scrimmage to increase user sack difficulty
• Increased Linemen block duration and upped block-breaking distance to improve B.L.I.T.Z. timing
• Increased the stamina time for User QB to enhance QB runs

Playbooks

• Adjusted Zone Assignments on defensive plays to ensure players are covering their respective areas of the field
• Tweaked Defensive line rush angles to help reduce AI sacks

Rosters

• Adjusted TE1 and TE2 assignments to ensure correct an issue with starting TEs
• Updated player skin tone templates to improve consistency and accuracy

Simulation

• Fixed bug that provides slight improvements to Ball Carrier’s ability to run away from defenders towards open field
• Adjusted ball placement on passes at short, medium, and deep depths to better convey accuracy for AI Quarterbacks of various skill levels
• Improved Quarterback’s assessment of “openness” of receivers
